• Creation and innovation of indigenous farming tools suitable to Bhutanese farms.
• Promotion of improved agriculture technology in the country
• Ensure safe, efficient and quality machine in the country:
• Enhance farm mechanization to all  end users that is Capacity development of the farmers in the use of improved technology and farming practices
• Guideline, policy , projects  & monitoring related to farm mechanization
