Programme Director and the team comprising Monitoring and Evaluation head and Agriculture Machinery Certification Section representative completed the visit of two regionals under AMC in Samteling and Khangma respectively. During the visits, the individual Work Plan which were under discussion through calls, mails and wechats were endorsed matually in MAX online System of RCSC. Every individual staff was explained on the importance and the need to complete the work as per plan and on time.
All the staff in the two offices were also explained on the data collection for the 12th plan need assessment survey and hereafter they will collect the survey when ever a tour is executed till December. This survey shall be the base document to plan and implement the activities in the 12th Plan. The colleagues were also briefed on how the standards on farm machinery needs to be prepared as each regional centre is given a farm machinery standard to be worked along with other two major activities.
Every individual staff presented their workplan, the progress till date and it was indeed commendable achievement . The general issues concerning the regional offices were also discussed and solved.
The team also visited Phuntsothang Commercial farm on the invitation of the FMCL CEO and impressed with the work done there by yound staff of FMCL. AMC assured all possible support and collaborative activities like before. The team also met with the FMCL staff in Khangma and it was indeed a fruitful discussion.
