After the ministry of agriculture carried out large scale mechanization in the feasible area of southern region, tractor has been the main farm power to revolutionize the cultivation practice. The number of tractor has drastically increased in the region. It also has added advantages from its versatility of maneuverability and accessibility. Today, 11 jobless youths from these area were certified after two months training in operation and maintenance. Simultaneously, direct test were also conducted to 12 fmcl, 1 ARDSC Tingtibi, 1 from Phibsoo national park, 1 from Panbang Dungkhag administration and 3 Farmers. Only 8 qualified out of 18 participants in Regional Agriculture Machinery Centre, Samtenling.
